The Risala Institute was founded to meet the needs of our modern-day society with the primary focus being on education and social services.  While many similar educational programs and social service programs may currently exist, many of  them are either unaffordable or inaccessible to the masses. Risala has come to change this phenomena. Risala offers these programs while striving to revive the Islamic Waqf (endowment) system, with the profits of businesses directly funding its programs. This system allows for programs to be of the highest quality yet affordable and accessible. 

The Risala Institute is located in a 3-story, 12,000 sq ft, facility in Stone Mountain, GA.

RIA serves pre-school through eighth grade students; fusing classical western education and classical Islamic education.

The Teen Deen Intensive

The Teen Deen Intensive is a summer program designed specifically for teen-agers.  It is a seven week program that immerses youth in intensive studies of the Islamic sciences.  Our goal is to help to produce the future scholars and leaders of our communities. 

Summer Deen Enrichment Program

Each Summer Risala offers a two-month Summer Deen Enrichment program for students ages 4 through 12.  At the SDE, students embark upon a two-month immersion in the Islamic Sciences such as, Arabic, Quran, Fiqh, Aqeedah, Seerah, Hadith and Adab.  SDE also consists of various recreational activities as well as adventurous field trips.
